About this event
Work through 15 Dynamic stations. Each stationed is based on a boxing round, 3 minutes of work with a 1 minute break. Start off with four full body exercise stations, then move through different types of boxing equipment, and end up in the ring for a one on one session on the hand pads in the ring. With our unique system of no class times, you can show up anytime you want and get personal attention through each station!
