Cosmic Embodiment: Exploring Your Birth Chart Through the Body An eight-week, in-person companion to Learning the Cosmos Join me for a small, intimate gathering where we’ll explore the connections between your birth chart and your own felt experience. With just three or four participants, we’ll have room to sit together, discuss charts, and follow the questions and connections that emerge. As we explore an astrological theme, we’ll make space to notice the feelings, sensations, and personal experiences it brings forward. Beginners are welcome. I’ll explain the astrology as we go, so you don’t need previous experience or attendance at Learning the Cosmos to participate. How we’ll explore My approach brings together astrology, my background as a licensed massage therapist and energy healer, and intuitive awareness. With your permission, I may move around the group to offer individual attention, share intuitive impressions, or explore where you notice energy or sensation in your body. Any touch or individual energy work will be discussed with you first and is entirely optional. You’re equally welcome to participate through conversation, observation, and your own body awareness. You choose what you wish to share. Each gathering will unfold through the people, charts, and questions in the room, with time to explore what comes forward. The details

What to bring Bring a notebook and your birth chart if you have one. Have your birth date, birthplace, and birth time, if known, available for exploring your chart. Sharing personal details with the group is optional. Light snacks and beverages will be available. You’re also welcome to bring your own refreshments to enjoy during our gathering.
